As mentioned in the previous post, I’ve been online quite a bit since the pandemic started. Here’s the video from my chat May 5th with Chelsea Janke for her series of Tipsy Tuesday Talks. In about an hour, I tried to cover the highlights of working between genres, including musicals, opera, dance (Rockettes, ballet and modern) and cirque. Oh, yeah, and some on unemployment and freelancing too, particularly the difference between employee and independent contractor gigs, and what that means for filing, both pre-pandemic and now. Whee! (Yes, I talk fast, so that helped??…)
